Heard Shri P.P. Thakare, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs. K.R. Deshpande, learned AGP for respondent No. 1.

The defence of respondents is, their counterparts at Gadchiroli may have committed some mistake in extending a wrong pay-band and, therefore, a wrong Grade Pay to the colleagues of the petitioner.

We have perused the reply filed by the respondents. We have also perused the revised Pay fixation order dated 14.06.2017 prepared in the case of colleague Shri Yamaji Maruti Pipre by Head Mistress of Ashram School.

We find that the exercise undertaken by the respondents cannot be said to be in willful disobedience of orders of this Court. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in appropriate jurisdiction for redressal of his grievance. Petition disposed of accordingly. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
