This petition takes exception to the order dated 7th March, 2024 passed by the learned Industrial Court, Amravati below Exhibit 2 in complaint (ULP) No. 108 of 2022.

The respondent herein has filed the complaint under Section 28 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 against the present petitioner.

By the impugned order, learned Industrial Court, Amravati has allowed the interim application SKNair

15-wp-7098-24(j).odt filed by the respondent and directed the petitioner not to deduct any amount from the pensionary benefits of the respondent till disposal of the complaint. 4.

I am not inclined to entertain the present petition against the interim order. However, the learned Industrial Court shall endeavour to decide the complaint (ULP) No. 108 of 2022 filed by the respondent within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
