The application is for grant of bail.

Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers and considering the involvement of the present applicant in crime like gang rape and circulating obscene photographs of the victim, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Hence, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

The applicant is arrested on 27.09.2023. Considering the same, the trial Court shall expedite the trial and shall dispose of it at the earliest. 4.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
