DATED : DECEMBER 18, 2019 This is an application moved on behalf of the respondents No.1 and 2 stating that although an amount of Rs.3,52,000/- remained to be paid towards back wages to the petitioner, due to financial crunch faced by the management and delay in disbursal of aid by the Government, there has been delay in making good the said payment. It is also submitted that the respondent is ready to immediately transfer Rs.1,50,000/- in the account of the petitioner and further reasonable time is sought for depositing the balance amount.

In view of above, the present application is allowed with a direction to the respondent No.1 to transfer Rs.1,50,000/- in the account of the petitioner within one week from today. The balance remaining amount of Rs.2,02,000/-, shall be deposited by the
