DATE : 20/02/2020 The present application seeks to condone a delay of 147 days in filing second appeal. The reasons given are, delay in acquiring knowledge about decision of the appeal before the First Appellate Court and the subsequent administrative exigencies in obtaining the decision to file the second appeal. Considering the reasons given, and the necessity to decide the appeal on merits, the delay is condoned. The civil application is allowed.
