By this application, respondent nos.1 to 3 are seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant.

Since only principal amount has been deposited by the appellant, respondent nos.1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited by the appellant alongwith interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking.

Registry to see that for withdrawing the amount, verification of respondent nos.1 and 3 can be done through Power of Attorney executed in favour of respondent no.2, if it is feasible.
