Shri N.S.Warulkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the respondent No.2 has granted approval to the appointment of the petitioner and the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. In view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.

At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to send the salary bills of the petitioner in respect of arrears of salary as per the order of approval within three weeks and we direct the Education Authorities to release the arrears of salary in favour of the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of the salary bills. It is needless to mention that the respondents should pay the salary to the petitioner regularly. Order accordingly.
