The application seeks correction of the position mentioned in the order dated 08/11/2023 regarding a statement attributed to Mr. Dhatrak, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 that the petitioner no.2 has been absorbed. 2.

It is stated that the proposal of the petitioner no.2 for age relaxation is pending with the State. 3.

This position is not disputed by Mr. Shelat, learned counsel for the petitioners, considering which, the position is modified as indicated above.

The civil application for modification is allowed in the above terms. No order as to costs.
