The appellants do not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted. The appeal is disposed of as settled. Court fee be refunded as per Rules.

The claimants are entitled to withdraw of entire compensation amount after it is deposited by respondent No. 2 - Insurance Company along with accrued interest.
