After arguing the matter for some time, learned Advocate for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file an appropriate revision application, before the competent authority, in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others, [(2016) 2 SCC 213].

In view of this, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the instant petition.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
