Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

According to him, the Development Charges are required to be adjusted as the higher amount was deposited to respondent/authorities earlier.

Learned Senior Counsel has also brought to our notice a representation made on 30/07/2024.

In view of the aforesaid aspect, we direct respondent / authorities to decide the representation dated 30/07/2025 within a period of four weeks from today.

It is further necessary to clarify that the grounds raised in the instant petition will also have to be considered by the authorities.
