The applicant/appellant has filed this application to condone the delay of 59 days in filing appeal for which learned counsel for respondent No. 1 and learned AGP for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have no objection.

Considering the reasons disclosed in the application as well as the no objection given by learned counsel for respondent No. 1 and learned AGP for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
