This is an application for amendment in cause title of First Appeal No.887/2010 which is decided on 20.09.2023. 2.

Perused the application.

Heard the learned advocates for both the sides. 4.

Learned advocate for the applicants-respondent nos.6 to 9 pointed out that the names in the Adhar Cards are different and, therefore, the Registry is unable to pay the amount as it is not original claimants. The chart at page no.5 is shown that there are existing names as per the First Appeal No.887/2010 and correct names as per the Adhar Cards.

Learned counsel for the appellant has strongly objected to the application.

Perused the Adhar Cards annexed with the application. On considering the Adhar Cards, there are some spelling mistakes and some deletions. However, the main names of the claimants are matching with the names in the

2 01caf3460.24.odt Adhar Cards. Therefore, the Registry is directed to pay the amount to the claimants though there are spelling mistakes, some additions and some omissions.
