DATED : 28th July, 2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is entitled to the benefits of the Assured Progressive Scheme for the second time during her service career.

Shri Uike, the learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 to 4 states that the petitioner would not be entitled to the benefits of the Assured Progressive Scheme as per the Government Resolution of 2001 but she would be entitled to the same under the Government Resolutions of 2010. Shri N.B. Kalwaghe, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if the petitioner is granted the benefits of the Assured Progressive Scheme as per the Government Resolutions of the year 2010 and the respondent nos.2 to 4 may be directed to take immediate steps to grant the benefits to the petitioner as per the said Government Resolutions.

In view of the statement recorded hereinabove, we dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to the respondent nos. 2 to 4 to grant the benefits of the Assured Progressive Scheme to the petitioner, as per the Government Resolutions dated 1.4.2010 and 5.7.2010, as early as possible and positively within four months.

Order accordingly. No costs.
