Registration of writ petition was refused as the petitioner failed to remove the office objections. As the writ petition was dismissed before notice of writ petition could be issued to the respondents, without issuing notice to the respondents, accepting the explanation given in the civil application and miscellaneous civil application, the delay of 214 days in filing miscellaneous civil application is condoned, order passed by the Registrar (J.) on 27th March, 2017 is set aside and the writ petition is restored. Civil application and miscellaneous civil application are allowed accordingly. No costs.

WRIT PETITION NO.411/2017 (STAMP NO.3378/2017) If the office objections are not removed within four weeks, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without reference to Court and the petitioner will have to deposit Rs.2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
