By this application, respondent no.1claimant seeks permission to withdraw entire amount of compensation to the extent of Rs.5,40,950/- deposited by the appellant vide Pursis Stamp No.8582/2017, dated 20/07/2017, contending that the appeal preferred by the appellant-insurance company was dismissed on 12/09/2017. The certified copy of First Appeal No.698/2017 is annexed to the present application to substantiate the case of applicantrespondent no.1. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. Respondent no.1 is allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,40,950/- deposited with the Registry of this Court with accrued interest thereon.

Civil application is disposed of as allowed.
