The application is opposed by learned Counsel for respondent. However, for the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos. 2 and 3, I am satisfied that there is no intentional or deliberate delay, due to some administrative requirements delay has been caused. As such, application is allowed.

Delay of 79 days in filing appeal is hereby condoned.

1373/2023 Present application is filed for grant of permission to withdraw the amount deposited by appellant with this Court. 0 2.
Learned Counsel for appellant opposed the application. However, considering the reasons stated in the application, it would be appropriate to allow applicants to withdraw 50% of amount deposited by the State MSRTC. 3.
The Registry is directed to release 50% of amount along with accrued interest in favour of respondent Nos. 1 and 2, after verification of bank details. 4.
After release of such amount, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are directed to deposit as per direction in Clause No.5 of order/award, deposit amount of Rs.5,00,000/- each in any Nationalize Bank for a period of five years with liberty to receive quarterly interest to be paid on the said amount. 5.
Application stands disposed of.
