By the present application, the respondent nos.1 and 2 prayed for condonation of delay of 1460 days in filing of the crossobjection. The matter arises out of claim decided by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Khamgaon wherein order was passed, which award is subject matter of challenge in First Appeal No.481 of 2015.

Considering that the cross-objection can also be heard and decided along with appeal, the delay, for the reasons stated in the application, is condoned. The appeal and the cross-objection be listed for final hearing on 09.01.2020 at 2.30 p.m. JUDGE Sarkate
