For the reasons stated in the application, the applicants, who have fled this Criminal Application, are permitted to come on record as the applicants in Criminal Application [APL] No. 360 of 2019.

Criminal Application [APPP] No. 1881 of 2019 is allowed.

Criminal Application [APPP] No. 1806 of 2019 : In view of the order passed on Criminal Application No. 1881 of 2019, this application does not survive. It is disposed accordingly.

----- Criminal Application [APL] No. 360 of 2019 :

According to the Applicants [accused] and Nonapplicant no.2 [informant], the matter is amicably worked out by them and a joint prayer is made to quash the First Information Report registered against the Applicants at the behest of non-applicant no.2 with the Non-applicant No.1, Police Station.

The prayer made on behalf of the Applicants is opposed by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, on the ground that after registration of First Information Report, the police machinery has been set in motion and it has invested sufcient time in the investigation. To counter the above submission, learned Adv., for the applicants, on instructions, states that the Applicants would deposit Rs. 20,000-00 [rupees twenty thousand only] with the Registry of this Court to compensate the State.

The submission made on behalf of the Applicants is accepted.

Without prejudice to the contention of the Nonapplicant No.1, State, the Applicants are granted time till 29th November, 2019 to deposit Rs.20,000-00 [rupees twenty thousand only] with the Registry of this Court.
