1] The learned Advocates for the petitioner management and respondent no.1 original appellant, have jointly submitted the compromise terms dated 27.01.2020 (five pages). Each of the pages have been signed. The litigating parties are present in the Court and are identified by the learned Advocates. The said compromise terms are therefore, marked as "X" for identification.
2] It is jointly submitted that this petition can be disposed off and the impugned judgment of the School Tribunal can be modified in terms of the compromise "X". There would be no financial burden cast on the State Government, either directly or indirectly.
3] The learned AGP submits that the State would not oppose the terms as long as no financial burden is cast upon the Government.
4] In view of the above, this petition is disposed off
wp8212.17.O.odt in terms of the compromise "X". The impugned judgment of the School Tribunal dated 02.08.2017 shall stand substituted by the terms of compromise between the parties. Such terms "X" shall be a part of this order. 5] Pending civil application, would not survive and stands disposed off.
