By this civil application, the applicant has sought vacation of the interim relief granted in favour of the petitioners. In the alternative, the applicant has sought an appropriate order directing the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal to decide the pending original applications that are filed by the applicant.

The first prayer made by the applicant cannot be granted as the interim relief has been granted after hearing both the sides. However, the alternate prayer for a direction to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal to decide the original applications filed by the applicant as early as possible, could be granted.

Hence, we dispose of the civil application with a request to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal to decide the two original applications filed by the applicant, at the earliest.
