Misc. Civil Application No.25 of 2015 is filed by the applicant for transfer of HMP No.206 of 2014 from the file of 3rd Joint Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.), Amravati to the file of Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.), Nagpur. According to the applicant, she is not in a position to travel often to Amravati from Nagpur. Considering the reasons stated in the application, the prayer is allowed. HMP No.206 of 2014 is transferred from the file of 3rd Joint Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.), Amravati to the file of Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.), Nagpur. The learned Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.), Nagpur, after receipt of papers of the proceedings, shall endeavour to dispose of the proceedings as early as possible.
