CA(S) No. 85/2015 The applicant/appellant is seeking injunction restraining the non-applicant and his agents from disturbing, interfering and changing the status of the suit property in question, during pendency of the present appeal.

Notice on this Application came to be issued on 18.2.2015. However, interim order was not passed nor was the application pressed for orders all these years by the applicant. In view of this, the Civil Application is rejected.
