The learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks adjournment as expected instructions are awaited. 2.

However, upon hearing the counsel for the petitioners, it is noticed that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the claim of the petitioner of extending benefit of Government Resolution dated 30/04/1998 as was directed in Writ Petition No.2358 of 2013 (Kiran Namdeo Shinde and ors. vs. The State of Maharashtra and ors. with connected writ petitions.) decided on 21/09/2013 at Principal Seat and the Government Resolution dated 02/03/2019.

In this backdrop we dispose of the petition with directions to the respondents to decide the claim of the petitioner in the light of Government Resolutions dated 30/04/1998 and 02/03/2019 and also the observations of this Court at Principal Seat in Writ Petition No.2358/2013 decided on 21/09/2013.

Let the decision taken by the respondents be communicated to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order before the concerned Authorities.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
