Petitioner claims that as he photographed Police Officers occupying car without wearing seat belt, he has been unnecessarily impleaded in false case. The documents produced show contentions of respondent that the police officer went there to prohibit him after receipt of report that he was creating some problem at that place. The patrolling car has proceeded at that spot and it was to stop at

In this situation, several disputed questions arise.

We are not inclined to intervene in extra ordinary jurisdiction in this matter. Hence, leaving all rival contentions open, we dispose of the present matter. No costs.
