This is an application filed by the applicant for grant of permission to withdraw the amount of maintenance. Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the nonapplicant has deposited the amount of Rs.25,000/- in this Court towards the maintenance.

Learned advocate for the non-applicant has no objection for withdrawal of the said amount.

In view thereof, the application is allowed to the extent that the applicant is allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited in this court by the non-applicant. Criminal Application stands disposed of.
