DATE : January 12, 2018 It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that by order dated 22/11/2017 while issuing notice to the nonapplicant further proceedings before the executing Court had been stayed. However before the said interim order could be brought to the notice of the executing Court, the matter proceeded and the decree for possession came to be executed. In this background as the decree for possession has been executed, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Application.

Civil Revision Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
