930/2024 has filed a Pursis stating therein that vide order dated 3/4/2025, Writ Petition No. 71/2025 came to be tagged with Writ Petition Nos. 930/2024 and 936/2024. 2] The petitioner in Writ Petition No.
930/2024 submits that his petition be de-tagged, wherein challenge was made to the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, which was later on affirmed by the Sessions Judge.
3] After having gone through the record, it appears that Writ Petition No. 930/2024 is filed before the Single Bench and it has no connection with the other two petitions.
13-WP-71-2025 4] Accordingly, Writ Petition No. 930/2024 is de-tagged. Registry to process accordingly.
WRIT PETITION NO. 936/2024 5] Mr. S. Singha, learned Counsel for the petitioner (appointed), submits that since the petitioner has engaged Mr. R.L. Kadu, learned Counsel, in Writ Petition No. 71/2025, he may appear for the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 936/2024 as well.
6] The request, being reasonable, is accepted.
Mr. S. Singha, learned Counsel, stands discharged. 7] Mr. R.L. Kadu, learned Counsel, submits that he is not pressing for orders in Writ Petition No. 936/2024.
8] Accordingly, Writ Petition No. 936/2024 is disposed of as not pressed for orders.
