It appears that this Court vide order dated 15/03/2022 framed substantial questions of law and also issued notice for final disposal. The stay was granted subject to deposit of amount of Rs.5,00,000/-. As amount was not deposited as per direction, stay is vacated. 2.

In view of order passed referred above and also in view of order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, the present application is allowed.
