2] We have heard respective advocates for the parties.

3] As we do not see any malafide, we dispose of contempt petition by accepting the statement of learned advocate for petitioner.

4] As the order fixing petitioner in appropriate pay scale is issued in May, 2018 and this Court has on 23/02/2018 given respondents one opportunity to comply,

2 cp02.2018 though the compliance is belated, we in the interest of justice, recall the order dated 10/04/2018.

5] In this situation, with warning that in future if such non-compliance is again noticed, suitable action as per law shall be taken. We also permit respondent no. 2 to withdraw the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- deposited with the Registry of this court with interest accrued upon it. Proceedings closed.

6] Pending application is also disposed of.
