2) The prayer is to permit the petitioner No.3 to appear in the examination conducted by Maharashtra State Board of Nursing and Paramedical Education. The exam has already commenced on 28/11/2023 and by this time already two papers are over and third paper is scheduled today which is in progress. The last paper is scheduled on 01/12/2023.

3) In this view of the matter, we see no reason to cause interference by exercising extraordinary jurisdiction in the academic discipline. That being so, the petition stands dismissed.
