Perused papers. Order dated 09.06.2016 not considering application for parole moved by the petitioner is questioned in the present petition. Parole was sought on the ground of ill health of sister. At this point of time, that reason may not be very relevant. However, without observing anything, we grant leave to petitioner to make fresh application within a period of two weeks.

If such application is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the Authorities within a period of next four weeks. 4.
Accordingly we dispose of the Writ Petition. No costs.
