AUGUST 21, 2024 One of the contentions put forth by respondent no.4 is that both, the petitioner and respondent no.4, applied for the post of Anganwadi Sevika. The petitioner was held to be not eligible by the Selection Committee. The said finding has been not challenged by the petitioner and, therefore, challenge to respondent no.4's selection is not maintainable. 2] At this stage, the learned Counsel for the petitioner makes request to keep back the matter to take instructions.
