In view of the fact that the Writ Petition No.5108 of 2013, is already decided by judgment dated 10.10.2019. Mr. Sundaram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. Leave is accordingly granted. Needless to say that the petitioner shall be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in respect of the judgment dated 10.10.2019 in Writ Petition No.5108 of 2013 as advised. Contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
