By this application, the applicant/petitioner seeks recall of the order dated 06/11/2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.749 of 2016, by which the said writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed and the order dated 06/11/2017 is recalled and the Writ Petition No.749 of 2016 is restored back to its original file.
