CORAM : A.B. CHAUDHARI, J.
DATE :
JULY 6, 2015.
This is an application for cancellation of bail already granted by the learned Sessions Judge by order dated 30.12.2014.
Learned A.P.P. makes a statement that the charge-sheet would be filed within a period of two weeks.
Admittedly, when the order granting bail was passed, the present applicant was not heard and now he has a grievance regarding grant of bail as aforesaid.
Since, eventually the charge-sheet is being filed within two weeks, I think following order would sub serve ends of justice.
appln134.14
ORDER
(i) Let the charge-sheet be filed within two weeks.
(ii) The learned Sessions Court, upon filing of the charge-sheet, shall hear the accused persons as well as applicant in relation to the material in the charge-sheet and whatever grievance the applicant has for considering the question of grant/continuance of bail. The learned Sessions Judge shall give due notice accordingly to the applicant.
