The applicant has apprehension of arrest in Crime No.499/2025 for the offences punishable under Section 108 read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that on 15.10.2025 the applicant is protected by granting ad interim protection. The applicant is attending the Police Station regularly and cooperating the police machinery.

The learned A.P.P. conceded that the applicant is attending the Police Station as per the condition imposed.

Considering the allegations made against this applicant, the custodial interrogation of this applicant is not necessary. Hence, the interim protection granted on 15.10.2025 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions. 6.
