NOVEMBER 26, 2024 On 11/11/2024, following order was passed :

"On 20/8/2024 following order was passed :

"Counsel appearing for the parties submit that the suit is likely to be decided within two months and the purpose will be served if time is extended accordingly.

In view of above, time to decide Special Civil Suit No. 284/2009, stands extended by two months from today. Parties to co-operate the trial court for early disposal of the suit. The trial court shall file compliance report. Later On :

Letter is received from the learned Principal District Judge, Nagpur. It is taken on record."

The trial court has not filed compliance report, and therefore, the matter is listed today before the Court.

The learned learned Counsels appearing for parties submit that the suit is now listed for Judgment on 19/11/2024.

If what has been stated by the learned Counsels appearing for parties is correct, it is difficult to understand why is such report not filed by the trial court, particularly, when it was directed to submit compliance report.

The learned trial Judge shall accordingly submit his/her explanation for not

List the Petition on 26th November, 2024."

2] The trial Judge has not submitted his/her explanation for not filing compliance report. 3] The Registry shall seek report and place the same before me on administrative side.
