It is informed that pursuant to the panchnama drawn on 28/07/2023, measurement of the land of the petitioners is already scheduled and the measurement shall be completed at the earliest. 2.

It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the outcome of the measurement shall be placed before the Authority and the Authority be directed to consider and act on the same. 3.

In response to above, Ms N. P. Mehta, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that in absence of there being lawful impediment, such request can be considered by the respondent-Tahsildar so as to hand over physical possession of the demarcated property. 4.

In view of aforesaid statement, nothing survives in the petition. The writ petition is disposed of.

We expect that the revenue Authority shall act on the measurement/demarcation report submitted by the petitioners in accordance with law.

No costs.
