15th March, 2017 Prayer is to condone the delay in filing the First Appeal. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the application.
The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for non-applicant no.3.
Considering the fact that the appellant received the amount of compensation belatedly, the delay in filing the First Appeal stands condoned, subject to appellant not being entitled for interest on the amount of compensation, if enhanced, for the period from 2nd May, 2015 till today.
Civil Application is allowed in aforesaid terms and disposed of.
