On last date i.e. 11.11.2025 this court has passed the following order :

Learned Counsel for appellant has placed on record the order dated 13.12.2024 passed by learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhandara. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

The perusal of this order shows that the judgment debtors have deposited the entire compensation amount before the Executing Court and executing proceeding has been withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

In the light of this event, the learned Counsel for appellant to take necessary instructions and file appropriate application before this Court as to whether they want to prosecute the present appeal or not.

List the matter in the next week.

In view of above, today the learned counsel for the appellant, after taking instructions, made a statement that he
