Learned counsel for the applicant further submitted that the trial is commenced but the evidence of the victim is not recorded, as the victim was not present before the Court and requested for expedite the trial.

The learned trial Court shall make every endeavor to dispose of the trial at the earliest.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
