DATED : 12.08.2025 By letter dated 31.07.2025, the District Judge No.1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Yavatmal seeking extension of six months' time to disposed of the trial. By order dated 08.02.2024, the trial was expedited and directed to conclude the said within 11/2 years. Eight witnesses already have been examined. As the CA report was not produced and, therefore, the trial was not concluded. Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the period to conclude the trial is extended by six months.

Learned District Judge No.1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Yavatmal, shall not seek further extension and shall dispose of the trial within six months.

Inform the concerned Court accordingly.
