The prayer is made to direct the Joint Charity Commissioner-1, Nagpur to decide proceedings filed under Section 47 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950, within time bound period.

Considering the averments made, the relief prayed for, can be granted. Accordingly, we direct the Joint Charity Commissioner-1, Nagpur to decide the application No.46/2016 by the end of July 2026.

The parties to co-operate for deciding the matter. 5.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
