On 21st September 2022 when the matter was listed before this Court a statement was made by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner has taken back the papers from him and during pendency of the present writ petition the petitioner has expired. Thereafter, no steps were taken in this matter as regards the deceased petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
