The said application was also filed after filing of charge-sheet. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant in the said application, when the Court was about to dismiss the application, learned counsel for the applicant Mr. C.R. Thakur submitted before this Court that he may be permitted to withdrawn the application. Therefore, said application was dismissed as withdrawn.

Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel holding for Mr.A.C. Jaltare, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that he was not aware that earlier application was considered on merits by this Court and was dismissed as allowed to be withdrawn on 30.08.2019. There is no change
