NOVEMBER 13, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) By way of the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 16/09/2017 passed by the learned Member, Industrial Court, Nagpur in Misc (ULP) No.76/2008, whereby the application for condonation of delay caused in filing the Complaint came to be allowed.

3) I have gone through the impugned order. While considering the application for condonation of delay, learned Industrial Court has properly considered that respondent explained the delay.

As far as the delay is concerned, the Court is required to adopt a liberal approach. Therefore, I do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Industrial Court.

4) In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
