Since the applicant/appellant deposited the amount in terms of the orders dated 9th June, 2015, 27th November, 2015 and same has been withdrawn by the respondents on 28th June, 2016 and the amount being huge, some interest must have accrued upon it during the period from which the amount lying deposited with the Court. If any interest is accrued upon the amount so deposited during the period from 27th November, 2015 till 28th June, 2016, same could also be permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent Nos.1 to 4 and accordingly, this application is allowed and disposed of.
