This application is for stay to the effect and operation of the judgment and award dated 18/04/2017 passed in M.A.C.P. No.61/2011 by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Buldana. The learned Counsel for the appellant makes a statement that entire amount of compensation shall be deposited within eight weeks from today with the Registry of this Court.

In view of the statement as aforesaid, on appellant depositing the entire decretal amount, there shall be stay to the effect and operation of the judgment and award, dated 18/04/2017.
