The parties have amicably settled the matter in mediation proceedings and the mutual agreement of leave and license dated 17th December, 2015 is filed on the record.

The petition is disposed of as the matter is amicably settled. As per Clause 20 of the above referred mutual agreement the petitioner (licensee) be given the amount deposited with the Registry of this Court by the petitioner, along with the interest, if any. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.

In view of the order passed in writ petition, the prayer made in the civil application by the respondent no.1 seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited with the Registry of this Court, cannot be granted. The civil application is dismissed. JUDGE Tambaskar.
